Initial Visit: Phase 1

  • Discuss any questions or concerns you may have
  • Perform a property review

Review and Reporting: Phase 2

  • Review and research the market activity in your area or community
  • Present my findings
  • Discuss listing strategy and agree on a course of action

Contract Services: Phase 3

  • We will define our contract terms
  • Execute all required documents

Marketing and Communication: Phase 4

  • All marketing material will be ordered, if staging is needed that will be contracted, we will schedule availability to show the property
  • I will communicate frequently with any inquiries or interest

Offers and Closing: Phase 5

  • All offers will be presented timely, all negotiations will be strategized with you, along with timing to close
  • We will move to acceptance, the buyer will have a period to perform all due dilligence
  • We will celebrate a successful close
